The anatomy of a job interview

Attend this workshop if you are a job seeker or your current position includes interviewing job candidates.  Learn why understanding both sides of the interview table  is critical to everyone’s success.   Managers – become more effective at interviewing for the skills and experience you really need; Job seekers -  become more effective at fielding  questions with answers that clearly demonstrate why they you are the right candidate.  Job seekers and managers should bring a resume and a non-current job posting, as appropriate.
